Join Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) on Saturday, October 8, 2011 as we celebrate ACRS' Annual Benefit Gala: A Culinary Journey at The Westin Bellevue.

Attending the event is "Top Chef's" Dale Talde who will share with you his passion for food, and his inspirational journey that led him to become a celebrity restaurateur, consultant and chef. Emceed by ACRS Board President Christine Chen, guests will savor four scrumptious courses designed by:

• Appetizer - Chef Savuthy Dy, Book Bindery
• Starter - Chef Lisa Nakamura, Allium
• Entree - Chef Dale Talde, "Top Chef"
• Dessert - Chef Jane Cho, Macrina Bakery

During reception, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the perfect memento for the evening - themed artwork centerpieces, created especially for the event by local artist, MalPina Chan. Members of the Filipino Youth Activities Drill Team will start the program with an energetic, captivating performance.

A Culinary Journey promises to be a memorable evening that elicits fond memories, invites great conversation and awakens your palate.

All net proceeds from the evening benefit ACRS' vital services, which brings hope and opportunity to more than 23,000 people each year.
