Asian Counseling and Referral Service’s Eastside Office Moves Near Crossroads Mall

Seattle – Asian Counseling and Referral Service’s Eastside office has moved to 1420 156th Ave. NE, Suite G, adjacent to the Crossroads Mall. ACRS has had an Eastside office since 1987 to meet the needs of Asian Pacific Americans living in East King County.

“The new location near the Crossroads Mall makes services even more accessible since most of ACRS’ current Eastside clients reside near that area,” said ACRS Deputy Director Janet SooHoo.

This office is primarily used by ACRS counselors and case managers to meet with clients and youth. Community members who need help should still contact ACRS’ main office in Seattle (206-695-7600) for an appointment or for more information. The ACRS’ Eastside office will continue to serve community members once ACRS moves its headquarters to Seattle’s Rainier Valley in the spring of 2008.

ACRS, a non-profit organization, promotes social justice and the well-being and empowerment of Asian Pacific American individuals, families and communities – including immigrants, refugees and native born – by developing, providing and advocating for innovative, community-based multilingual and multicultural service.
